July Training Program

The second month of training has commenced and the schedule starts as of today, Monday 5th July. For a copy, click here

All competitors are to arrive 15 minutes before commencement of the the session. Be prepared and have your training watch and drink bottle with you.

Also note, if you're not a member, you can not train due to insurance reasons. All new and existing members need to see Michelle in the office this week to organise your membership paperwork and payments.
